You know your diet could be healthier and your body doesn’t feel in optimal health.

You eat to live.

As you are Blue on the scale, you will likely benefit from a structured food program which includes accountability to assist you in resisting food cravings and becoming healthier.
For many people, their addiction to food and constant struggle with weight can be quite debilitating. It can take a massive amount of energy to manage, although those highest on the scale have little chance of this without outside help. Fortunately, you are not in this category.
