For many people, their addiction to food and constant struggle with weight can be quite debilitating. It can take a massive amount of energy to manage, although those highest on the scale have little chance of this without outside help. Fortunately, you are not in this category. The challenges of food addiction however, are not helped by the ease of access and constant promotion of food and its central role in almost all social interactions. These factors can lead, even to those who may have a moderate addiction to food like yourself, to still be overweight.
